With direct access available via the internet, Introducers and branch staff can have 24-hour access to product searches, quotations and illustrations, on-line application forms, automated document production, status tracking facilities and statistical reports. Being multi-channel, the system can also be accessed by remote devices such as laptops, digital notepads and PDA’s running wireless networks to allow sales reps to perform the lending process at remote locations or at the client’s premises.
The BancTec solution is in use throughout the mortgage marketplace to automate manual repetitive processes and improve speed and cost to the mortgage offer.
