BancTec and IBML announce settlement of pending litigation

Imaging Business Machines, LLC (IBML) and BancTec are announcing the settlement and resolution of litigation originally filed in 2004. The case had been awaiting trial in U.S. District Court.

By agreement, IBML, BancTec and their counsel will have no further comment on the litigation or the terms of the settlement agreement.
